About me

Hi, my name is Hailey Alexander! I was born and raised in Tucson, AZ, in a Christian home. For as long as I can remember, I’ve felt a deep sense of calling to be a missionary - sharing Jesus has always stirred something in me. But as I grew up, I started to believe that calling wasn’t practical. Like so many others, I thought I needed to follow the world’s version of success. So, I set my sights on becoming a surgeon, and chased that dream from the age of 10 all the way through 18.

But in the background, the Lord was gently drawing me back. At 16, my relationship with Him began to become deeply personal, and by 18, He completely reawakened the dream He had planted in me as a child. I felt Him speak, saying: “Being a surgeon is your plan, not Mine. I’ve called you to help save not just lives, but souls.

From that moment on, I couldn’t keep quiet about Jesus. I started inviting friends to church, sharing my faith openly, and looking for ways to live it out. My first mission trip to the Navajo Reservation absolutely wrecked me (in the best way). It was there that I knew: to lay down my life and find it in Christ and in serving others would be the greatest honor I could imagine.

When I got back home, I began working with refugees, many of whom were Muslim. God started to break my heart for the people around me in a whole new way. About a year later, I packed up and moved to Huntington Beach to attend a Discipleship Training School (DTS) with YWAM’s Circuit Riders. It was there that I was equipped and sent - to college campuses, to prayer rooms, to the streets - to preach the Gospel, disciple others, pray with people, and help lead others into freedom in Christ.

That’s when it became clear: I don’t want to spend my life doing anything else.

Today, I’m on the journey of becoming a full-time missionary with Circuit Riders. I’m running after revival in my generation, and I feel so honored to partner with God in such a personal way. My idea of success isn’t rooted in achievement or approval - it’s simply saying “yes” to whatever the Lord calls me to, and this is my yes.

For whoever would save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for my sake will find it.” — Matthew 16:25

God has proven Himself faithful and worthy time and time again. The least I can do is give Him everything. My deepest desire is that my life would be a pleasing offering, a daily “yes,” no matter what it looks like.

Is it hard sometimes? Of course. Does it take faith and courage? Definitely. But I’ve seen Him finish what He starts, and I trust Him with everything.

One of my favorite worship lyrics captures my heart perfectly:

My whole life for Your glory. My whole world for You only. Everything, for the honor of Your name. If my days tell a story, let it be of You only. Everything, for the honor of Your name.” - “Center” by Abbie Gamboa

I don’t want it any other way.

What does circuit riders do?

Circuit Riders is a YWAM (Youth With A Mission) mission movement with a clear goal: “Save the lost. Revive the saved. Train them all.”

We’re named after the original Circuit Riders who helped spark the Second Great Awakening—ordinary men and women who traveled by horseback, going from town to town to preach the Gospel wherever they could. Like them, we carry the same heart to see lives transformed—but today, we use every tool and resource available to reach our generation with the love and power of Jesus.

Our home base is in Huntington Beach, CA, where we focus on local impact through prayer rooms, cultural outreach, and evangelism. It’s also where our Discipleship Training Schools (DTS) equip and send out young missionaries. From there, we launch nationwide and international outreaches—through Carry the Love Tours and global School Fields—where we partner with local communities to host gatherings, preach the Gospel, evangelize, and make disciples.

Here’s a glimpse of what God did on our most recent outreaches:

Carry the Love Tours saw:

47,532 people gathered

6,948 people saved

276 people healed

Jan. School Fields saw:

31,777 people gathered

6,572 people saved

277 people healed

Across both outreaches, we reached over 40 nations, including the U.S., Canada, Europe, Kenya, Burundi, Malawi, South Africa, the Philippines, Australia, Mexico, Colombia, and more.

God is moving, and we’re just getting started.
